Standart Delivery
Our Standard Delivery service ensures that every pet product you order — from food and accessories to healthcare essentials — reaches you safely and on time.
We process all confirmed orders within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, our trusted delivery partners make sure your parcel arrives right at your doorstep without delay.
Delivery Time:
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days
Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days
Delivery Days: Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays)
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email notification with your tracking details.

Cost
The exact shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on the total order value, weight, and delivery location — before applicable taxes.
Please note:
Additional charges may apply for oversized items, heavy packages, or remote delivery zones as determined by our courier partners.
We also offer Expedited and Express Delivery options for urgent orders (available in selected areas).
Any extra fees, if applicable, will be clearly shown before you confirm payment — no hidden costs, ever.

Sales Tax
New York State residents will be charged all applicable sales tax. Shipping costs are not taxable.
International Orders
iConVetCare is gradually expanding its services to international customers. While our primary delivery coverage is within Bangladesh, we currently accept selected international orders to regions like South & Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier rates. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, and tracking details will be shared once the parcel is dispatched.
