At iConVetCare, your satisfaction and your pet’s well-being are our top priorities. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will replace or refund your order promptly.

Please note that for perishable items like pet food or medicines, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly. Products must be returned in their original packaging wherever applicable.
